ISO9001 Certification

The rules of the ISO 9000 family of 1994 were directed mainly to the conditions in the contract customer-supplier relationship and only in part to the continuous improvement of the organization in all its processes.
In 2000 was published the third edition of ISO 9001:2000, which replaced the three standards ISO 9001, 9002, 1994 and 9003.
ISO 9001:2000 is much more oriented toward customer satisfaction, and thus his loyalty to improving the competitiveness of the market.

The ISO 9001:2000 introduces the concept of Quality Management System by adopting a targeted approach to the analysis of business processes.
The management model provides an approach based on the concept of continuous improvement in the scheme "Plan, Do, Check, Act" :

• PLAN: to establish the objectives and processes necessary to provide results in accordance with the requirements of the customer and with the policies of the organization;
• DO: implementing processes
• CHECK: monitor and measure processes and products to meet the policies, objectives and requirements relating to the products and set the results
• ACT: take actions to continuously improve the performance of processes

The following periodic activities have particular importance:

• Internal auditing, in order to determine the degree of understanding and implementation of the standard object of verification;
• Training and training on all staff, in order to spread a culture of appropriate quality.
