IT technologies and their constant and growing development characterize and often significantly influence the choices and working methods of modern organizations.
However, the processes activated by IT services may be inadequate or "not performing" for the organization that decides to implement them.
Under these conditions, a "re-engineering" phase of IT processes can be decisive to improve the company's internal activities and therefore the quality and level of services provided.
